The moment I walked down the aisle during our first look.

One thing you wish you knew as a new bride? What advice would you give to future brides?
One thing I wish I knew was how fast the day actually goes.
Everyone always says it goes by fast, but actually experiencing it is different.

Advice I’d give: during your reception, take a step back and observe the people you love enjoying that day.
It’s a moment you’ll never forget.

A detail that made your wedding special or unique
We did our first look at the altar.

How did you know your dress was “the one”?
I knew it was the one because as soon as I looked in the mirror, I had a flash of walking down the aisle and marrying my best friend.

How did it feel when you put on your dress the day of the wedding? What was everyone’s reaction to the dress?
I felt like a princess. EVERYONE was obsessed with my dress, especially my husband.

Would you have done anything differently?
Absolutely nothing.

What was your favorite part of the wedding to plan or that you were most looking forward to?
My favorite part of the wedding was when we got to dance with everyone at the reception.

How did you meet your husband? How did he propose?
I met my husband at the gym. It took him eight months to talk to me.
When he finally did, I definitely played hard to get. I was protective of my heart, and I knew that if he was the one, he would protect it.
