Our GL Bride of the Week is the gorgeous Alexa Ottobre, who made it official in our G-504 gown. The two tied the knot in a beautiful classic wedding. In the following interview, Alexa shares with us what made her wedding day unique and how she knew the G-504 was the one.

A moment of your wedding day you will never forget?
I will never forget seeing my husband's tearful reaction at the end of the aisle as I entered the church. I thought I would be so nervous at this moment but I was just incredibly calm and happy. It was a truly unforgettable moment!

A detail that made your wedding special/unique?
A special detail from the day was the reserved seat at our reception covered in a gorgeous purple floral arrangement for my husband's sister, Abbie, who has passed away but was definitely with us on the day. I hope she loved it.

What was your favorite part of the wedding to plan/you were most looking forward to?
Coordinating with the bridesmaids for their dresses was one of my favorite parts of the planning process. It was so much fun to collaborate with my friends and have those memories with them. Decor and floral design was another dream come true, the creative process was so much fun.

How did you meet your husband? How did he purpose
I met my husband on a night out with friends at the club UP & DOWN in NYC. We bumped into each other and have been together ever since! We went back a few years later with some of the same friends and he proposed in the same spot we saw each other for the first time.

How did you find working with the team at Galia Lahav?
The team at Galia Lahav is on another LEVEL. From start to finish. You can tell their mission is to truly make brides feel incredible on the most important day of their life - mission accomplished!

How many dresses did you try on before you found it?
No more than 4 dresses before I found the one! (2/4 being Galia of course)
