On a sunny day in Los Angeles, we set-up to capture the essence of a romantic and luxurious Greek-inspired wedding for our GLBrides.
The inspiration behind our L.A. photo shoot was to bring your dream destination to a place near you; showing that no matter where you are, you can still dare to create the wedding you’ve always dreamed of. Ours’ was in the home city of our Flagship store, where the inspiration can touch many of our GLbrides.
We wanted the shoot to be full of life and resemble the happiness you would feel inside of a quaint Greece taverna. To get the right vibe and atmosphere, we set-up the shoot at a Greek-style home which featured vibrant, bright colors like turquoise and royal blue that would compliment the details of our couture gowns and make them stand out even more.
Once on set, we wanted to capture the intimate moments of a bride that was full of pure happiness and joy while wearing our couture gowns from the Queen of Hearts collection. In order to bring a sense of freedom and vividness to the shoot, our amazing photographer Benjo Arwas chose to film outside in front of a colorful background and in the bathroom to create a sense of playfulness and youth.
Stylist Shlev Lavan did a fantastic job of styling the shoot and supporting our overall theme. Likewise, the stunning jewelry created by Keren Wolf helped to elevate our dresses and bring a modern feel to the photoshoot.
