Please note: All of our Bridal Pret-a-Porter gowns come in standard sizes and are not available for alterations or customization, whereas our evening wear is available for alterations and personalization as indicated specifically below each item. 

For you to fully enjoy your shopping experience and have the pleasure of trying the collection from the comfort of your own home, please read carefully our Delivery, Returns & Exchanges guideline written with care and consideration for you to have the best experience in purchasing your new Galia Lahav gown.  We want to create an effortless journey for you from start to finish.

Delivery guideline 


Delivery schedule and ETA. We know you want your purchase asap, so we start processing orders as soon as they’re placed and will ship within 14 days of the order. We take great care to ensure the quality of each product and prepare it for shipping, But please don’t hesitate to contact us via email at office@galialahav.com and request to ship your order earlier and we will do our best to accommodate your timeline and support your needs.

** Eveningwear delivery times may vary and be shipped later than 14 days from placing an order according to the availability of fabrications. The estimated delivery date is indicated on each item’s product page (including specific alterations which can also affect production time).

Notes to improve your delivery: 

  • You will receive a shipment notification email when your item has been collected by the courier. 
  • Orders with multiple items may ship at different times in separate boxes. 
  • Gowns are shipped via an express shipping method within 14 days. Yet the arrival of the goods will vary between 2-10 days, once shipped, according to your destination.
  • To ensure that your items arrive in time for your event, refer to the estimated delivery time frame quoted in your shopping bag, as some styles are made to order.
Returns & Exchanges 

Our goal is to provide you the best experience and make sure you get your dream gown, however, we’re totally cool with you changing your mind, therefore we offer free returns and exchanges, subject to our guidelines. 


If you’d like to return an item, contact us at office@galialahav.com, indicating your order number (order number will appear clearly in your confirmation and shipping emails or on your packing slip) and noting the reason for the return.  We will issue a Return Authorisation number and instruct you on how to return the dress, free, to us.

Return & Refunds

We inspect and process returns within 14 days of receipt.

  • All returns must be in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, and free of lint, in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Once any tag has been removed, an item cannot be returned. 
  • Items that return do not adhere to these standards will not be available for a refund. You will be notified and the piece will be returned to you. 
  • Items must be returned within 2 weeks of receipt. 
  • Gowns that have been personalized or customized will not be refunded.
  • Once your return has been processed, your account will be credited for the original purchase price. 
  • You will receive a confirmation via email when your return is being processed. 


Received your gown yet the fit isn’t perfect and you wish to get a different size? Or you’ve decided you want a different model? Contact us at office@galialahav.com indicating your order number (order number will appear clearly in your confirmation and shipping emails or on your packing slip) to be guided on how to process your exchange, freely and easily. 

Exchange guideline 

  • Once your item returns to us and is processed, you’ll be credited for the original purchase price.  A new order will be generated and you will be recharged according to the new model price you choose (unless you simply exchange to a different size of the gown returned).
  • Items must be returned within 2 weeks of receipt. 
  • Gowns that have been personalized will not be refunded and exchanges will be at Galia Lahav’s discretion depending on the type of personalizations made.
Changes Or Cancellations 

We start processing orders as soon as they’re placed and are unable to change or cancel orders once confirmed. This includes changes to products, payment method,  shipping address, and the shipping method. However, if you wish to return or exchange your item once received by you, please read our Returns & Exchanges guideline (link to returns) for further information.

Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items 

If by any chance you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we’ll make it right, No worries! Contact us at office@galialahav.com indicating your order number (order number will appear clearly in your confirmation and shipping emails or on your packing slip), within 2 days of receiving the shipment and we’ll do our best to replace defective, damaged, or incorrect items. If we cannot send a replacement, you’ll be refunded the purchase price.

Garment Personalization 

Our evening gowns are made-to-order and offer a variety of alterations to personalize your luxury garment.
