After decades of creating custom made luxurious gowns that resonate years and years after the event they were made for,  we decided to bring you an online service that will allow any future bride to be a bride wearing Galia Lahav with our new Bridal pret-a-porter line or just be a stand out in every event with our MTO Evening attire. 

Please notice: All of Our bridal pret-a-porter gowns come in standard sizes and are not submitted to alterations or customization, whereas our evening wear is submitted to alterations and personalization as indicated specifically below each item.

Delivery guideline 

We ship worldwide. All deliveries are free of charge, yet the order price does not include additional tax, custom, and other fees that vary from country to country. VAT is included only for USA and Israel orders.

  • Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and itemized on the Order Summary page.
  • For all returns, tax fees will not be refunded. 
  • We do not ship to PO boxes, or APO/FPO addresses. 

Delivery schedule and ETA. We know you want your purchase asap so we start processing orders as soon as they’re placed and ship within 14 days, worldwide. We take great care to ensure the quality of each product and prepare it for shipping but if you’re in a hurry, please contact office@galialahav.com for other bridal or evening attire opportunities. 

** For Eveningwear delivery times may vary and be shipped later than 14 days from placing an order according to availability of fabrications. The estimated delivery date is indicated specifically on each item’s product page (including specific alterations which can also affect production time). Notes to make your await better: 

  • You will receive a shipment notification email when your item is shipped. 
  • Orders with multiple items may ship at different times in separate boxes. 
  • Gowns are shipped via an express shipping method within 14 days. Yet the arrival of the goods will vary between 2-10 days, once shipped, according to your destination.
  • To ensure that your items arrive in time for your event, refer to the estimated delivery time frame quoted in your shopping bag, as our styles are made to order.
  • All gowns are made-to-order therefore once placed, changes and cancelations cannot be submitted. For our Returns & Exchanges policy, check here (link to return and exchange policy).

Returns & Exchanges 

Our goal is to provide you the best experience and make sure you get your dream gown, however, we’re totally cool with you changing your mind, therefore we offer free returns and exchanges, followed by our ‘Play Fair’ guidelines. 

Returns 

If you’d like to return an item, contact us at office@galialahav.com, indicating your order number (order number will appear clearly in your confirmation and shipping emails or on your packing slip) and why you want to return and we will instruct you on how to return the dress, free, to us. 

Return guideline 

  • All returns must be in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, and free of lint, in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Once any tag has been removed, an item cannot be returned. 
  • Items that return in any unacceptable condition will be sent back to you and will not be refunded.
  • Items must be returned within 2 weeks of receipt. 
  • Gowns that have been personalized will not be refunded (referring mainly to our evening gowns).
  • Once your item returns, you’ll be credited for the original deal price. 

Exchangs 

Received your gown yet the fit isn’t perfect and you wish to get a different size? Or just so happens you decided you want a different model? Contact us at office@galialahav.com indicating your order number (order number will appear clearly in your confirmation and shipping emails or on your packing slip) to be guided on how to do so, freely and easily. 

Exchange guideline 

  • Once your item returns to us, you’ll be credited for the original deal price and recharged according to the new model price you choose (unless you simply exchange to a different size of the gown returned).
  • Items must be returned within 2 weeks of receipt. 
  • Gowns that have been personalized (referring mainly to our evening gowns) will not be refunded and exchanges will be at Galia Lahav’s discretion depending on the type of personalizations made.
Changes Or Cancellations 

We start processing orders as soon as they’re placed and are unable to change or cancel orders once confirmed. This includes changes to products, payment method, shipping address, and the shipping method. However, if you wish to return or exchange your item once received by you, please read our Return & Exchange guideline (link to returns) for further information. If you have any concerns regarding fit, fabrications, and more, don’t hesitate to

Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items 

If by any chance you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we’ll make it right, No worries! Contact us at office@galialahav.com indicating your order number (order number will appear clearly in your confirmation and shipping emails or on your packing slip), within 7 days of receiving the shipment and we’ll do our best to replace defective, damaged, or incorrect items. if we cannot send a replacement, you’ll be refunded the purchase price (not including shipping and/or tax fees).

Refunds 

We inspect and process returns within 14 days of receipt. 

  • All returns must be in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, and free of lint, in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • You will receive a confirmation via email when your return is being processed. 
  • If an item is returned in an unacceptable condition, no refund will be issued. 
  • In case you wish to change size or a model and the item you return is in unacceptable condition, you will be charged 50% of the gown’s original cost.
  • Gowns that have been personalized will not be refunded (referring mainly to our evening gowns).
Garment Personalization 

Our evening gowns are made-to-order and offer a variety of alterations to personalize your luxury garment.
