You can select three gowns to try on from the comfort of your home. If you would like to try more, reach out to our team directly.
How much does a sample box cost?+
For $220 USD you can enjoy the convenience of an at-home experience. Once we’re happy that the returned samples are in the condition you received them, you’ll receive the total amount back as credit to put towards your final purchase.
How long can I keep the sample box?+
You have five days from the day your sample box is delivered.
How do I return the dresses?+
Put all items back in their original packaging, attach the prepaid label, and send the box back before your 5 day trial ends. Check your inbox for your prepaid label and the clear return instructions.
Will I be charged authorization hold and if so, how does it work?+
Yes, an authorization hold of $1,000 USD per dress will be placed on your card when you order a sample box. This hold ensures the dress is returned in its original condition. Please make sure all samples are returned in their original condition, free from makeup smudges or deodorant marks. If a dress is returned with visible stains or damage, we will charge the authorization hold on your card.
What if I’m unsure which sizes to order?+

Can I order other items with my sample box?+
Your sample box must be purchased separately from any other items you’re thinking of ordering.
Can I use the $220 USD dollars credit for anything on the site?+
The credit applies to all items except for those on sale.
Is it possible to return a dress after using the $220 USD dollar credit?+
Unfortunately, dresses purchased with the discount code will not be ineligible for returns.
What if I decide to keep a sample dress?+
Sample dresses are designed for trying on, not for sale. If a sample dress is not returned, a $3,000 USD charge will be processed on your card as per the authorization hold. An authorization hold of $1000 USD per dress is charged.
