We got ready with all of our best friends, and it was such a fun, memorable start to the day

One thing you wish you knew as a new bride? What advice would you give to future brides?

It goes much faster than I could have ever imagined, so make sure to take moments to pause and be present.

A detail that made your wedding special/unique?

It was very special to do a destination wedding at a place that my parents have been going to since they were young- Parker Palm Springs. It is special to my family, as well as to my husband and I.

How did you know your dress was 'the one'?

I could not stop thinking about it for weeks!

How did it feel when you put on your dress the day of the wedding? What was everyone's reaction to the dress?

I felt like such a princess, and everyone seeing it was amazed at the detail and the way it fit.

Would you have done anything differently?

Everything was perfect!

What was your favourite part of the wedding to plan/you were most looking forward to?

I was most looking forward to having dinner with our loved ones under the canopy lighting.

How did you meet your husband? How did he propose?

We met on New Year’s Eve in Whistler and had our first date the following week. We had an intimate proposal in our first house together and then went out to celebrate!
