Haley Cavinder Wore Custom Galia Lahav for Her Wedding to Jake Ferguson

Haley Cavinder Wore Custom Galia Lahav for Her Wedding to Jake Ferguson

Written By Lisa Chorna

Some wedding days feel like a celebration. Others feel like a reflection of everything that came before them.

For Haley Cavinder and Jake Ferguson, their wedding in Miami became exactly that — a place, a story, and a city that had quietly shaped their relationship from the very beginning.

Set against the timeless architecture of the Biltmore Hotel, Haley and Jake gathered family and friends for a celebration that felt equal parts classic, playful, and unmistakably theirs. From entering the reception to Fergalicious to Jake’s now-famous request for a ranch fountain, the day was filled with personal details that reflected who they are together.

For the ceremony, Haley wore a custom Galia Lahav gown — a romantic lace princess silhouette designed to feel timeless, feminine, and entirely her.

Her bridal journey unfolded at our Miami Flagship, where she completed each fitting and slowly watched the dress become part of her story. But finding the one wasn’t immediate.

As Haley shared, she originally passed on the first gown she tried before eventually saying yes on the second round — a reminder that sometimes the right dress doesn’t announce itself instantly. Sometimes it reveals itself.

And one of our favorite moments happened before the wedding day even arrived.

Haley has a twin sister, Hanna — someone who has shared life’s biggest milestones alongside her. During fittings, Haley wanted to experience what it might feel like to see herself walking down the aisle before the moment actually happened. So she asked Hanna to step into the gown.

Watching her twin wear the dress became an unexpectedly emotional moment — giving Haley a glimpse of the walk, the silhouette, and the feeling before it became real.

It was playful. Emotional. And somehow perfectly fitting for sisters who have experienced so much side by side.

While Haley’s gown told one side of the story, Jake brought his own perspective to the celebration. The Dallas Cowboys tight end chose a white dinner jacket tailored by longtime collaborator Mitch Purgason — a look inspired by old-school glamour and, in Jake’s words, “all Miami action.”
Though he jokes that his role in planning was mostly showing up on time, Jake helped shape the atmosphere of the day — prioritizing great food, great energy, and creating a wedding that felt less about perfection and more about celebrating with everyone they love.

Together, Haley and Jake created a wedding that felt personal rather than performative — romantic without being overly traditional, elegant without feeling untouchable.

And at the center of it all: a gown, a fitting room in Miami, and one unforgettable preview from the person who knows the bride best.
