Bride Of The Week: Yael Nakash
Written By Leeyam Zipori
Yael and Ralph’s wedding unfolded as a heartfelt celebration rooted in love, emotion, and meaningful moments. From a deeply personal proposal surrounded by loved ones to a celebration filled with unforgettable details — including a special performance by Omer Adam from Israel — every element reflected the connection they had built over the years.
For Yael, what made the wedding feel especially meaningful was the love they brought into the room — creating an atmosphere that felt warm, emotional, and entirely their own.
“The ceremony is a moment I’ll never forget.”
Yael and Ralph’s story began years earlier when they attended high school together, with Ralph one grade below her. Although life would eventually bring them together in a different way, their connection began long before either of them realized what was ahead.
When it came time to propose, Ralph planned a surprise filled with love and family. His mother, a personal stylist, invited Yael to what she believed was simply a fur coat show and asked her to stop by to pick one up. What Yael didn’t know was that friends and family were secretly waiting, hidden beneath fur coats. In a moment she would never forget, Ralph suddenly appeared with a bouquet of roses and asked her to spend forever with him — creating a proposal that felt thoughtful, intimate, and completely unforgettable.
Yael knew her gown was the one because it felt completely unique and unlike anything she had seen before. Combining delicate lace with soft tulle, the dress felt special from the very beginning — elegant, romantic, and entirely one-of-a-kind.
Even after trying on around 20 gowns across different designers, nothing compared to the feeling she had in her Galia Lahav dress. On the wedding day, the reactions only confirmed what she already knew — guests couldn’t stop talking about the gown, telling her they had never seen anything quite like it before. For Yael, it became one of the most memorable and meaningful parts of the day.
“Everyone loved the dress. Everyone said it was really one of a kind and hadn’t seen anything like it before.”
