In honor of Mother’s Day, we look inside the dynamic between Galia and Osnat, how it has grown, what has stayed constant, and what it means to create something side by side as mother and daughter.
How has your relationship evolved over the years, especially since working together?
“Our relationship has deepened in ways I couldn’t have imagined. Growing up, she was my mother first, but working together allowed me to truly see her as a creator, a visionary, and a woman with incredible strength. She became my role model, and I learned so much from her.” -Osnat
Was there a moment that shifted how you see each other?
“It wasn’t one defining moment, but rather a series of them. As I began taking on more responsibility, I saw the weight she had carried for so many years, and that changed my perspective. At the same time, she began to see me not only as her daughter, but as a partner.” -Osnat
What have you come to understand about each other over time?
“I’ve come to understand how deeply intuitive and emotionally driven she is in her work. She leads with feeling. And I think she’s come to understand my need to balance that emotion with structure and clarity. In many ways, we complement each other.” -Osnat
What has stayed constant between you?
“At the core, we are still mother and daughter. There’s an unspoken closeness and understanding that doesn’t change, no matter how much everything around us evolves.” -Osnat
What is your relationship like outside of work?
“Outside of work, we’re very connected. We share our lives fully: family, conversations, dinners, traveling. It’s not separate; it’s all intertwined in a very natural way.” -Galia
What qualities do you rely on most in each other?
“I rely on her intuition and her ability to see beauty and possibility where others might not. She has a way of imagining beyond what exists. I think she relies on my clarity and my ability to bring things into focus.” -Osnat
What might surprise people about your dynamic?
“People might expect it to feel intense all the time, but there’s actually a lot of softness between us. There’s humor, lightness… we laugh a lot.” -Osnat
How do you navigate disagreements?
“We’re both strong, so naturally disagreements happen. But there’s always respect underneath. We’ve learned to listen, to step back, and to remember that we’re ultimately working toward the same vision.” -Osnat
Looking back, what moments stand out?
“There are many, but seeing the brand grow internationally and realizing that we built this together, as a family, is something truly special.” -Galia
When do you feel most proud of each other?
“I feel most proud of her when I see the impact she has on women: the way she makes them feel, and the world she’s created. And I think she feels proud when she sees me carrying this forward with confidence.” -Osnat
Galia: What was it like designing Osnat’s wedding dress?
“It was one of the most emotional experiences of my life. I wasn’t just designing a gown, but something deeply personal for my daughter. It was love translated into design.”
Osnat: What did it feel like wearing a gown made by your mother?
“It felt incredibly meaningful. It wasn’t just a dress—it was a piece of her, of our relationship. I felt held by it in a very emotional way.”
What excites you most about continuing this journey together?
“The idea that we’re still evolving. There’s so much more to create, and doing it together makes it even more meaningful.” -Galia

“It means everything. It’s not just a business, it’s a shared life’s work, something that carries both of our identities and values.” -Osnat
