Sarah Silverman, one of Hollywood’s funniest women, attended the 70th Emmy Awards tonight and looked dashing in a custom Galia Lahav dress which was designed specifically for her! The former Emmy Award Winner was nominated once again this year for her sketch series ‘I love you: America’ which brought her much added Red Carpet attention, in addition to this stunning look!
The comedian chose to customize a piece from our latest luxury apparel collection, ‘And God Created Women’. The concept look was originally seen on the runway during Paris Couture Fashion Week last July as a 3-piece ensemble consisting of a lime green tulle top and skirt paired with black tailored cigar pants.
For tonight’s event, we switched the lime green into a pleated black tulle and designed this multilayered gown to achieve a dramatic red carpet look. We just love how the unique ruffles of the pleated tulle bring out Silverman’s vibrant personality. What a great #GLRedCarpet moment!
