1. With so many bridal options today, what was the deciding factor when it came to picking out your gown?
Growing up I used to draw my wedding gown and was always inspired by mermaids. I wanted something fitted yet sexy and classy.
I always knew I wanted to wear a dress by Galia Lahav.

2. How did you meet your husband and how did you know he was the one?
I worked in a building at a salon where his mom lives. I was sitting in the lobby and in comes this tall dark handsome man with a yoga mat in his hand. I did a double take and immediately was drawn to him. After he went into the elevator I went up to the receptionist and asked her who he was. She said ” ohh he just moved here from LA, do you want me to hook you up with him?” I replied and said “no no thats ok” then I went into the salon and told my manager how this good looking guy from LA just moved here and she said ” go give him your number you have nothing to loose” so I went back to the receptionist and gave her my number to give to him. She then passed it along to my husband, he looked me up on the salon website and we started talking, a week later he took me out on a date and we’ve been together since then! I knew he was the one because of the way he made me feel. He is respectful and has amazing morals and values. We love to have fun together and he makes me want to be a better person. He is my soul mate.

3. Where did you get married and can you tell us about your wedding day?

We had a 3 day wedding. He is Indian and I’m Chaldean. We had a traditional Indian Sangeet/Henna Party on Thursday July 23,2015 in Birmingham Mi, its a party to kick off the festivities where friends and family perform Bollywood dances and mingle, they also put henna on the female guests. The next day Friday July 24th we had an Indian wedding ceremony followed by a dinner and dancing reception in Novi Mi.. He came in on a white horse. And after the ceremony we left on a horse and carriage. On Sunday July 26 we celebrated our Chaldean Catholic ceremony followed by dinner and dancing at Shenandoah in West Bloomfield Mi.
Our bridal party was a hit! Everyone got along so well and danced all night.

4. What was the highlight of your special day?
The highlight of my special day was the fact that I became a wife to my wonderful husband and our guests all had so much fun dancing all night. It truly was a weekend to remember! My dress fit so well I felt like a queen
